Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa Nantwich, Nantwich

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The room I was upgraded to was very clean and spacious, with unexpected luxurious touches like a TV in the bath. However, the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot at times. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to assist and make my stay memorable. The tranquil location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, but some areas could do with a makeover. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a delicious variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, a great hotel with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were modern, clean, and lovely, making me feel warm and cozy. The Executive room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and offered exceptional views, topped off with a very comfortable bed. The service from the hotel staff was phenomenal, ranging from the hardworking maids who kept the rooms spotless to the reception staff, bar staff, chefs, kitchen staff, and waiters. Each interaction was pleasant and accommodating, ensuring a delightful stay. The location was wonderful, providing a great place to relax, but there were minor delays in service at times. The dining experience was impressive with an array of options, and the facilities, including the spa and pool, added to the overall comfort of my stay.

The service was lovely, although it took a bit of time to come, the staff were very attentive and helpful, providing us with a map for a lovely walk. The location was amazing, pure peace with beautiful surroundings. The dining experience had its ups and downs but overall was satisfying. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall experience.
